2. Alhamdulillah, finally the University has developed another online service, i.e. Annual Performance Appraisal Report. In relation to that, all Administrative and Technical staff members are required to fill in the online APAR form for the assessment Year 2009. The online system could be assessed at
http://staffservice.iiu.edu.my/apar or My IIUM Portal (Mystaff > Myservices). The login name and password for the system are the same as your IIUM email login name and password.
3. The appraisal exercise involves the following processes:
First part: Setting KPI (To be done by the staff and 1st Assessor)
Second part: Assessment (To be done by the staff and 1st and 2nd Assessor)
4. The online system allows staff to do relevant activities during certain period. Accordingly, please take note on the following important dates:
7th April until 14th May 2010: Setting KPI for 2009 by filling in and submit the online KPI form (To be done by all staff and 1st assessor)
7th April until 21st May 2010: Assessment by filling in and submit the online APAR form (To be done by all staff followed by the 1st & 2nd Assessor)
